These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilipark1 ("jilipark1," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jilipark1 website located at jilipark1.asia and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a jilipark1 account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the jilipark1 Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access the Platform.

jilipark1 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on jilipark1. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein.

When registering your jilipark1 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your jilipark1 login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential.
• Notify jilipark1 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

jilipark1 will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from jilipark1 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

jilipark1 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, credit/debit cards, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.

Regarding withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• jilipark1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
• jilipark1 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
• Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500 unless otherwise stated.

All funds deposited into your jilipark1 account are held for gaming purposes only. jilipark1 does not pay interest on player account balances. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative fee after a period of twelve (12) consecutive months of inactivity, as further described in Section 8.

jilipark1 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. The following general bonus conditions apply across all jilipark1 promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your jilipark1 account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonuses that are not wagered within the specified period will expire and be removed from your account.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or other means constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• jilipark1 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player has engaged in bonus abuse.

Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits on their jilipark1 account are not eligible to receive bonuses during the period of their restriction.

All games available on jilipark1 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game on the jilipark1 Platform, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

Digital games on jilipark1 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios and are subject to the rules and procedures of the respective game provider.

• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on jilipark1's servers, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.

• Winnings resulting from a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, software bugs, or human error — are void and will not be paid out.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilipark1 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or at any other time, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, or tournaments.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the jilipark1 Platform in place of a human player.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses, promotions, or free bets through systematic strategies, multiple accounts, or coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Money Laundering: Using jilipark1 for any money laundering activity or any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in relation to jilipark1 transactions.
• Interference: Attempting to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the jilipark1 Platform, its servers, or any connected systems.

jilipark1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Account inactivity for a period of twelve (12) or more consecutive months.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted through jilipark1's responsible gaming tools.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, jilipark1 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, bonuses, and pending withdrawals. Where account closure is initiated by the player for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of any applicable verification process.

Inactive Account Policy: Accounts that have had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. An administrative fee of ₱100 per month may be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email prior to any deduction.

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any jilipark1 content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilipark1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

jilipark1's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilipark1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilipark1 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

jilipark1 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the jilipark1 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilipark1 implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and jilipark1 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

jilipark1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilipark1 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
